riskrunner is a seriously fun and amazing exotic but it feels like its been left behind expecially with ikelos and centrifuse, its still very good escpecially with the arc damage resistance but centrifuse and ikelos do this but without needing arc damage, a perk like this added to its catalyst would make the gun more viable and waay more fun to use Jolt is way worse than Arc Web. Initially it was +27 but Bungie must of had increased its range a little bit more.It does appear to fill from reserves, but the effect that gives you ammo back also procs when you’re hitting enemies, which is the green “+XX” number that appears.
