Gear questions for 37" tires. I have a 2015 6.7 powerstroke with 37" tires and a 6" lift with stock 3.55 gears. I was wondering what would be the best gear ratio for the 37s? I'm only running about 1700 rpm at 70mph and 1000rpm at 55mph. The truck is very sluggish in 5 and 6 gear. I had a 3" rough country lift with 37's on 20" factory wheels. The tires did not hit the wheel wells but they did rub the frame pretty bad at full turn. The tires were 37x12.50 nitto trail grappler. 2017+ Super Duty - 37s on level no rub offset - FYI, if you plan on fitting 37s on a level kit, they will rub. They don't rub enough to hurt anything but bothered the crap out of me. My solution was finding a wheel that still keeps them tucked under the fender. A +20 wheel is perfect.

I think 4.56 would be too tall, I'd recommend 4.30, good balance for towing and mpgs. I would go at least 4.88's if you tow anything remotely heavy.Look at your truck and see if you have atleast 1" of space around the tire, if so they will fit. 37s will only ad 1" to the radius of the tire. They should fit. Less lift and less rubber = better performance, MPG, less wear and tear on your truck, cost of tires.
